Between the global Coronavirus pandemic, the ongoing racial injustice crisis, and everything else that’s happened in our world this year, it’s no wonder that so many of us are feeling exhausted, jaded, and miserable. The fact that we aren’t all burned out or throwing an endless pity party is a miracle!

But even though it’s understandable to be feeling down during this difficult time, it doesn’t make the feeling of being stuck in an emotional rut any easier.
