Feeling Miserable? Throw Yourself A Pity Party

You’ve probably already heard this about a million times, but we’re living through unprecedented times. Things are really difficult right now across the world, and in this moment so many of us are finding it incredibly tough to stay positive and be happy and express gratitude — and not just be miserable.

If you’ve been following my blog for a while, you know that I’m a firm believer in choosing to live a life rooted in positivity — I’m all about those positive vibes! — but I also think it’s so important to acknowledge those moments when all you want to do is feel sorry for yourself.

We all have these moments, and it’s important to know what to do when they happen. Enter what I call a “pity party”. And let me tell you, if there has ever been a time for a pity party, now would be it!
